Path Intelligence Corp ("Path," "we," "us") builds AI-guided immersive property tours for real estate. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. It covers trypath.io, app.trypath.io, partners.trypath.io, and the tours we host for our customers.

Two kinds of people in this policy

Customers are the agents, brokerages, developers, and operators who buy Path and log in at app.trypath.io.

Visitors are the people who view a property tour a customer has published. For visitor data, the customer is the data controller and Path acts as their service provider. If you took a tour and want your information removed, contact the agent or company who sent it to you, or reach us at privacy@trypath.io and we will route it.

What we collect

Information you give us

Account details: name, email address, phone number, company, and role
Billing details: processed by Stripe. Path does not store full card numbers
Property content our customers upload: photos, floor plans, panoramas, listing details, and descriptions
Anything you send us in an email, a form, a text message, or a conversation with an AI guide inside a tour

Information collected automatically

Usage and analytics: pages viewed, tours opened, hotspots clicked, time in tour, referring link
Device and connection: browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, and IP address
Cookies and similar technologies, described below

Information from others

Listing and property data from MLS and IDX feeds where a customer has connected one
Referral information when a partner or existing customer introduces you

We do not intentionally collect government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, or precise GPS location. Please do not send those to us.

Your mobile number and SMS consent

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only to run the messaging described in our Terms of Service, and are shared only with the messaging providers who deliver those messages on our behalf.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the subprocessors listed below that are strictly necessary to deliver the message.

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. See the SMS section of our Terms of Service for full details.

Why we use your information

To provide, host, and support Path tours and the Path platform
To create and manage accounts, subscriptions, trials, and billing
To answer questions, run demos, and provide customer support
To respond to a request you submitted, including by phone, email, or text
To power the AI guide inside a tour so it can answer a visitor's questions
To measure how tours perform and report those results to the customer who owns the tour
To improve, secure, and troubleshoot the product
To send product updates and marketing to customers and people who asked to hear from us. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

Legal bases (EEA and UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving Path, your consent where required (including for certain marketing and non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information only with:

Service providers (subprocessors) who run parts of our service under contract. Today those include Google (workspace and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS and voice), Resend (transactional and marketing email), PostHog (product analytics), Anthropic (AI model processing), Vercel and DigitalOcean (hosting and infrastructure). The customer who owns a tour, who receives the lead and engagement data from their own tours
Professional advisors, such as lawyers and accountants
Authorities, when we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, users, or the public
A successor, in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. Your information stays subject to this policy or one at least as protective

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

AI and automated processing

Path uses AI models to power the guide inside a tour and to help draft replies to inquiries. Conversations with the AI guide may be stored and reviewed to improve accuracy and safety. We do not use customer or visitor content to train third-party foundation models. AI output can be wrong. Nothing an AI guide says is professional, legal, or financial advice, and property details should always be confirmed with the listing agent.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to run the site, plus analytics cookies that help us understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser. How long we keep information

We keep account and billing records for as long as the account is active and afterward as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Tour content is kept while the customer's subscription is active and for a reasonable wind-down period after. Analytics data is kept in aggregate. We delete or de-identify information when we no longer have a business or legal reason to keep it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), to limit use of sensitive information, and to appeal a decision. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, Texas, and other state laws may apply, as may the GDPR and UK GDPR.

To make a request, email privacy@trypath.io. We will verify your identity before acting. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you are outside the US, you are transferring information to the US, and we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Children

Path is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child gave us information, email privacy@trypath.io and we will delete it.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced to account holders by email or in-product.
